The service

Dolce provides an automated assistant that replies to messages sent to our Instagram account. It is offered free of charge as a convenience to our guests.

Accuracy

The assistant is automated and can be wrong. Menu items, prices, and availability are confirmed only at the restaurant. Nothing the assistant says forms a binding offer, and a table is reserved only once a member of our staff confirms it.

Acceptable use

Please do not use the assistant to send unlawful, abusive, or spam content, or to attempt to disrupt the service. We may stop responding to accounts that do.

Availability

The service is provided “as is” and may be unavailable at times. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia.
